Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team and specialize in crafting unforgettable travel experiences in the beautiful city of Da Lat. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Da Lats attractions, activities, accommodations, and transportation options. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, creating customized itineraries, and ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Consultation & Itinerary Planning:
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and interests for Da Lat.
Provide expert recommendations on destinations, activities, accommodations, and transportation within Da Lat and surrounding areas.
Design and create customized travel itineraries that cater to individual client needs and preferences.
Prepare detailed travel quotes and proposals.
Sales & Booking:
Promote and sell Da Lat travel packages, tours, and services.
Make reservations for flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services.
Process payments and issue travel documents.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel process, from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Provide pre-departure information and support to clients.
Be available to assist clients during their travels in Da Lat, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
Product Knowledge & Market Research:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Da Lats tourism offerings, including new attractions, activities, and accommodations.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Da Lat travel market.
Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers, such as hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, Destination Specialist).
Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge of Da Lats attractions, activities, accommodations, and transportation options.
Familiarity with travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Fluency in Vietnamese is essential.
